The First Gospel Part 10: Finding Freedom in the Wilderness

In this week’s First Gospel story, we study Exodus 16 and learn that there is a significant difference between liberation and freedom. When God leads his people out of Egypt, he doesn’t take the directly to the Promised Land but first into the wilderness where he can teach them what it means to live as the free people of God.
